 Location of apartment
 It is located in a "low traffic" street but almost all commercial and tourist centers i.e. beach, old town, restaurants, bars and shops are within easy walking distance, so no need to use the car.
 Monaco, Cannes, Saint Tropez, the Riviera and Italy are easily reached by car or by excellent public transport.

Apartment description
The 85 sqm apartment is located on the 7th floor.
It has beautiful wooden floors and is fully equipped with the necessary household and cooking utensils to ensure a delightful short break or a longer stay on the French Riviera.
 
The apartment has 17sqm of shaded verandahs facing East and South West and fabulous views of the city and the hills of Nice.
 
Its design and furnishings are modern and functional and the large windows ensure great views and plenty of natural light.
 
It has two (2) comfortable double bedrooms and two bathrooms and toilets. The bedrooms and bathrooms are accessible via a central corridor.
 
The living room has comfortable sofas and the dining area sits 6 to 8 people.
The living/dining areas open up to the verandahs.
 
There is a secure underground car park accessible by elevator.
 

Prices and conditions for this apartment based on 2 to 4 people

Per week/wk or Per night with a minimum of 4 nights
Low season: € 980/wk    Low season: € 160 per night  
Mid season: € 1.260/wk  Mid season: € 200 per night
High season: € 1.400/wk  High season: € 225 per night

A 50% deposit is required upon booking with the balance payable no later than one (1) week prior to arrival.
4 day weekend: the balance to be paid prior to handing over the apartment keys.
A guarantee of € 500 is required to be deposited upon arrival and will be refunded after an inventory has been done on vacating the premises.
 
All payments must be in Euros only.

Included in the rental price:
Electricity, hot water and heating as well as the use of secure car park. The insurance of the apartment is included.
Sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers for both beds and towels are provided for 4 people. 
A courtesy set for the first breakfast is provided.

Sheets/towels changes during rental period € 50
End of rental period cleaning € 60
 Note:  Beach towels are not provided.  Bath towels from the apartment are not permitted for usage outdoors.

 If needed, beach towels can be rented. Please keep us informed when you make the reservation.
